Boozy Chocolate Orange Truffles

Ingredients
150g soaked cashews
90ml water
165ml agave syrup
1/2 tspn vanilla essence
90g melted cacao butter
50g cacao powder
1tspn orange essence
1 tbspn orange liquor
Servings: about 8-9 balls
Instructions
Soak cashews overnight, rinse and drain
Melt cacao butter gently then sieve in cacao powder and stir
Add the melted chocolate mix with all the other ingredients to a blender
Once mix is smooth then chill in refrigerator until set
Roll into balls and dust with cacao powder
